We handle every order with the same meticulous care that goes into slow-curing our cold-process bathing bars. Below are the terms that govern our shipping, return, and cancellation processes.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Dispatch & Processing Timelines
- Standard Processing: Please allow 1 to 2 working days for your artisanal order to be prepared, packaged, and dispatched from our facility.
- Same-Day Dispatch Cut-off: Orders placed before 10:00 AM IST on a business day are prioritized for same-day shipping, subject to successful payment confirmation, stock availability, and logistics pickup agent turnout.
- Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 10:00 AM IST will be securely packed and shipped the following business day.
- Weekends & Public Holidays: Orders received on Sundays or holidays will be processed and dispatched on the immediate following Monday or the next working day.
- Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (such as festive holidays), dispatch may require an additional 1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience as we maintain our hand-packed quality standards.
2. Delivery Domestic Coverage & Restrictions
We provide premium courier shipping to virtually all valid residential and commercial addresses across India. However, please note the following regional parameters:
- Excluded Destinations: We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or restricted security zones.
- Rural Deliveries: Deliveries to remote or rural domestic tier-3 locations may require an additional 1 to 3 working days beyond standard transit estimates depending on regional logistics capabilities.
- Custom & Bulk Orders: Orders requiring specialized customization or bespoke corporate engraving bypass our standard timelines and are dispatched within 10 working days.
3. Shipping Rates & Thresholds
To deliver maximum value and convenience to our patrons, our shipping fees are structured simply at checkout:
- Flat-Rate / Free Shipping Tiers: Standard delivery fees are calculated transparently based on your order value. Orders crossing our promotional cart thresholds automatically qualify for Free Standard Shipping across India.
- Final Invoice Transparency: The definitive shipping fee—if applicable—will be displayed clearly on your final checkout screen before you complete your payment.
4. Order Tracking & Carrier Networks
We partner exclusively with India's leading, reliable logistics networks to ensure your orders arrive safely and immaculate.
- Consignment Tracking: As soon as your package is scanned by our carrier partner, a unique Tracking ID / AWB Number will be automatically updated on your order dashboard and sent to your registered email or mobile number.
- Customer Care Support: You can track your shipment live using the tracking id provided. Should you require personalized updates or encounter any transit issues, our dedicated support desk is available via email to assist you with your delivery status.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of handcrafted bath and skincare items, we maintain clear, strict guidelines to govern our returns, replacements, and refunds fairly. All policy communications must be initiated and handled exclusively via clayphyll@gmail.com.
1. Eligibility for Returns (7-Day Window)
- Unopened Products: You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product value. To maintain necessary hygiene and safety standards, items must be in their original, untampered packaging with the security seal intact.
- Proof of Purchase: To initiate any return process via email, a valid digital receipt or invoice matching your customer profile must be sent to clayphyll@gmail.com.
2. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If you change your mind or choose to return an eligible unopened product, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to our hub. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and the original outward shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund balance.
- Brand Error / Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that a return is the result of our error—such as receiving an incorrect, defective item—The Clayphyll will fully cover all replacement or return logistics costs.
3. Damages, Defects & Shortages
- Reporting Window: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your artisanal bars arrive damaged, broken, or incorrect, you must report the issue to our support desk via email within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof of the outer box and affected products.
- Resolution: Upon email verification, in all eligible cases, we will ship a replacement bar at zero additional cost to you.
4. Order Cancellation Guidelines
- Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is processed for dispatch. Please email our support desk immediately with your Order ID to request a cancellation.
- Post-Packing / In-Transit Cancellations: Once an order has been securely packed, labeled, and assigned a shipping tracking number, it enters our automated logistics pipeline and cannot be cancelled directly from our backend.
- If you wish to cancel at this stage, please notify us immediately via email and refuse delivery at your doorstep when the courier agent arrives.
- Your refund will be initiated only after the unopened parcel safely returns to our facility via the Return-to-Origin (RTO) cycle. To offset third-party courier cancellation penalties and wasted packaging materials, a flat logistical processing fee (or the original outward shipping fee) will be deducted from your final refund credit.
5. Estimated Refund Processing Timelines
While we aim to credit your account as swiftly as possible, the standard end-to-end refund cycle can take up to 3 to 4 weeks from the day you hand the parcel over to a return courier. This timeline is transparently structured as follows:
- Transit Time: 5 to 10 business days for the courier to deliver the return parcel back to our Secunderabad facility.
- Internal Inspection: 3 to 5 business days for our quality control team to verify that the product remains untampered and unopened.
- Banking Cycle: 5 to 10 business days for our payment gateway and your bank to settle the fund transfer back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
Note: All confirmations, updates, approvals, or rejections regarding your return and final credit status will be communicated directly to your registered email address.
6. Brand Rights & Final Discretion
- Right of Refusal: The Clayphyll reserves the sole and absolute right to review, test, and make the final decision on all return, replacement, and refund requests.
- Condition Assessment: If our quality control team at our Secunderabad hub determines that a returned item has been opened, unsealed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery, the return will be rejected. In such cases, the product will not be eligible for a refund and can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
- Policy Abuse: To protect our small-batch artisanal craftsmanship, we reserve the right to restrict or refuse service, cancel orders, or deny refunds to accounts displaying patterns of policy exploitation, fraudulent claims, or serial return activity.
